How do I connect the digital optical cable to the tv and the trans box? I need to securely attach to tv and box

Your TV and TV box need to have an optical fiber interface to support the connection, just connect the two devices directly and then switch the mode to pair.

how many devices(blue tooth headphones) can be connected at the same time? one or two?

The user manual says 2 can be connected, but not clear if more than that.

Will this work if I connect the tv audio to the optical in, and connect the optical out to a receiver when in tx mode?

Hello, if you want to use optical mode, you only need to connect the optical fiber port of the TV and the 'OPTIONAL TX' port of the transceiver with a fiber optic cable.
