Uncommon ThreadsTahoe Short Sleeve Chef Coat Jackets for Women

I originally ordered a medium based on the reviews. I’m usually a small in chef coats. Wear a medium in tshirts. I’m 5’6” 135lbs size 34B chest. I ended up returning the medium and purchasing a small. The small fits me much better. The medium was quite large and had way too much shoulder room. I could actually get away with an extra small. The small fits good. It’s still roomy. I have plenty of stretch in the shoulder/arm area. The fit of these coats are more suited towards men I believe but they still work well for women. They’re a little “boxy” but the material is quite nice. Durable and thick. Buttons are good too. The length is good too. Overall very nice coat for the price. I’m going to get a second one. It would’ve been helpful for me to see some reviews with actual heights and weights with the sizes purchased so that’s why I’m writing this.

As soon as I opened the package I was amazed at the quality of fabric. I have had several chef coats from long sleeves to short sleeves. The last short sleeve ones I had were such thin material you could see thru them.. they were also in white and not from this company. This is not what I would call light fabric but the quality will outlast the others. The fit is perfect, no bulkiness in the middle when your apron is on. Perfect cut to flare at the hips to allow movement without everything ridding up and having to adjust. Finally found a coat that fits me perfectly can't wait to put my logo on it and get more.

I normally wear a women's large. I am 5' 8" and have a 36 DD chest. The large fit perfectly. The only problem I have is that the sleeves are stitched in such a way that lifting my arms lifts the entire shirt up. Its long, so I'm not sporting a midrift, but for some, that could be annoying.Kinda typical for this type of chef coat. It's medium weight, and i cook in southen California, so I'm happy to find a short sleeve coat that isnt thin and cheap, yet also not heavy.After doing tons of research on Amazon, I feel like i made the best choice for the price. If i wanted an $80 coat, I would get something else, but this one is just fine.If you go to their website (Google the manufacturer) you can see the actual sizing chart, and I would suggest you do that before you pick your size. But then order from Amazon, it's a better deal and better shipping, if you have Prime.I would order again.

The material is so comfortable! The fit allows for ease of movement; which is important when in the cooking and serving business. I got it in black so it doesn't show spills n stains as easily. It's holding up nicely to laundering.

Fabric is pretty thick and stiff, even after soaking in fabric softener for 48 hours and washing/drying on high twice. I'm sure they'll be too uncomfortable to wear in the restaurant I work in. I ordered an XS and it fit me well with a bit of room to spare, slim figure 110lbs. Can't lift things up over my head while wearing these coats, sleeves are a bit too narrow. If you work in a well ventilated restaurant and don't mind the stiff fabric even after multiple washes I would recommend these. Unfortunately I can't wear them or return them.

this chef coat is really nice and fits true to the size, im xl so i order an xl and glad i did, the fabric though is cotton thick so you need to wash it first but i did wear it when it arrives, and fits me perfectly, im 165 lbs and this is perfect,

Long time I was looking for good woman chef jacket that fits good,looks good on me and works with my body as I work and sweet in the kitchen.Love it so much that I purchase two more of them and now I will make my employees buy it as well.

Love this! Good price, good quality. Washes well and looks great.

It fits me pretty well but since i have wider shoulders it has a bit of tightness so i think it fits better for people with more narrow shoulders. Once worn in a bit its fine I don't notice it as much. I still think it's a really good shirt. Very comfortable.
