Used for Ariel in a production of “The Little Mermaid”. The wig is more red and less auburn in person and the bangs had to be styled to look more like Ariel. The wig won’t stay on well over a regular hairstyle, but that’s not how wigs are supposed to go on anyway. Our actor put her in hair in pin curls, then we put a wig cap over it, then we added a big of spirit glue to her forehead under the bags and then it stayed well. The wig did start to get frizzy (but the actor had multiple quick changes with costumes going over her head), but the wig did ok with a light hot iron treatment. Overall it looked great from the stage. It probably wouldn’t have lasted through a month of shows, but did great for our weekend and multiple rehearsals and for the money it was worth and would buy again.

I used the deep red for a Miss Argentina/Receptionist costume. Overall it was a success, but there are some big flaws to be aware of.For a costume wig, this is quite good. It has a soft shine, but is not super shiny like a lot of cheap costume wigs. It was comfortable to wear, and the extra, stretchy black wig cap it came with was very helpful.The two biggest issues I had were how easily the wig cap/base showed through, and how easily it tangled. If you aren't wearing this down, or in a ponytail/braid at the base of your neck, you're going to need to get creative with how to hide this.After styling/securing the pile of curls on top, I was able to hide the visible wig cap by taking a section of hair from the front side, wrapping it around to secure on the opposite side, and tucking the ends into the curls. I then repeated this with the section from the other side. Works well with the long wig, but wouldn't with anything shorter.Loose, this wig tangled extremely easily. Even styled and secured, the longer strands ended up forming a rats nest at the back after about 4 hours of wear. The curls secured to the top stayed mostly unknotted. Once knotted, it's almost impossible to completely unknot, with new ones seeming to form for every one you undo. Brushing will also gradually take out any curl, and seems to roughen the texture of the wig if you aren't very careful. I would hate to see what this wig looks like at the end of the day if it was worn down and loose.Pros:-Inexpensive-Doesn't look like too much like a cheap costume wig-soft-comfortableCons:-wig cap easily seen if you aren't very careful with styling-tangles if you breath on it, and difficult to get the tangles out

This wig is 100% worth every penny I spent on it! The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because it doesn’t really look the same in person as the picture, though It’s been packaged and shipped so that may be way. I’ve included a picture of the day the wig came. I really wanted more curl to wig so I decided to hot water set (see YouTube for videos!) the wig instead of trying to use heat. I used roller rods and creme of nature foam styling mousse in my hot water (both from sally beauty supply). The bangs are the toughest part of the wig to style. This wig CAN be heat styled! I used a L’ange straightener on the bangs at 190°F and went layer by layer until the bangs laid the way I liked. The wig caps that come with the wig fit perfectly and the size of the wig itself is great. I do wish there were more accurate and detailed care and styling instructions included with the wig. Overall I will definitely be buying more wigs from this company!

For the price it is, it's a very good quality wig! It goes for the same price as a wig at Party city, but much better quality and comfort. Out of all the wigs i own, it is the fullest one. Very soft and comfortable. What the wig came in was super nice too, i now have a little bag to keep my brushes and wig caps together.The wig did get super ratty after a few uses, i dont really blame that on the company, it was a longer wig and i used it for cosplay a few times so that's really what you'll expect from longer wigs.My wig is pretty knotted at the moment but like i said, it's expected since i havent washed it yet. It's the best quality wig ive gotten so far. For it's price, it's really worth it. But if your looking for something more long term and permanent, then it's really not the best for the job. Though, highly reccomended, and probaly will buy again from this company!

I have a collection of 10 or so wigs from years of Halloween. This wig was the easiest no wiggle wig i've ever worn. I wore a netted wig cap underneath. Fastened the "bra like" straps at the back of my neck. I didn't use a single bobby pin. So unusual. I went to a house party wear I danced and mingled for hours. No change! More - last year I was Queen of the Dragons. The wig was similar in length. Very heavy. It pulled back all night. Total disappointment. So - when this one arrive I planned to trim the length off to lighten it up. Didn't have to do any of that! I will never buy another wig without the strap!The color is just as pictured - dark red. I order another option to compare. It looked more like Ariel the mermaid. Candy bright red. This color is sultry and everything red I wanted.If there is anything negative to say - its a bit course or ratted the next day. Not sure I can wear it again but maybe I danced to much near the bonfire!

Not much bad to say about this so far. The length is good, it’s pretty comfortable to wear. Not bad for a cheap wig. Only drawback is the wig cap it cones with is very tight—so definitely consider getting your own cap if you’re buying this.

Definitely a costume wig. Wouldn’t recommend for a daily use. It holds the curl very well. Super cute for my sally costume.

I was super excited to receive this wig as I wanted it for a cosplay of Mary Jane for the Spiderman No Way Home movie. I looked inside of it and the insert is not beige as advertised. It's black and it's super noticeable with the red color. I'm really sad but I'm going to have to return it and hopefully find one with beige inside.
