Amazing Product, Outstanding Customer Service
Love these containers! My delivery arrived short one lid, but I reached out to their customer service, received a quick response, and they had the item shipped to me right away. I am very impressed!I used painter’s tape to label what’s inside.I’ve seen other reviews complaining about the latches, but I’ve had no problem. They stay on the container but can easily come off if you need them too. These are the perfect size, look great, and seem very sturdy.

Does the job (UPDATED)
Good: Sturdy and seem durable. Lids lock solidly into place. Stackable. Inexpensive enough to let you focus on organizing rather than worrying about filling each to the brim. Multiple sizes available.Bad: I suspect these would age rapidly and break if kept in direct sunlight. So don't do that.Bottom line: Have proven invaluable to my latest household organizing effort. Just ordered more 6-quart and some 13-quart bins. Five stars.UPDATE 2/27/2025: It is important to note that these are light-duty containers. Stuffing one full of, say, kitchenware is doing to deform the bin when you pick it up, which will probably pop the lid loose. Also, when you carry these things, your instinct is going to be to carry them by the latches. Don't. it's way too easy to accidentally pull a latch open, causing you to lose your grip and send the contents flying. Pick it up by the long sides, and support it with an arm underneath while carrying it. Still five stars because they're quite useful despite these limitations.

Does what I needed it to do
I wanted to organize my craft closet and bought these storage containers. They're roughly the size of a shoe box, so big enough to hold the little bits and pieces of craft items. The only issue I have with them is the locking clasps. They unlatch easily, so any little bump against it will make it unlatch. Or if you hold it a certain way, the clasp will unlatch and the top will come off, potentially dumping the contents if you're caught off guard. I wish they latched snugly and tightly. Also, the clasps pop off easily from the pin holes in the container's handles that the clasps snap into. So the whole clasp could fall off altogether from the box itself. Luckily, I'm not constantly accessing these boxes. If you are planning to use them a lot, move them around, take them down from shelves, or if little ones are going to use them a lot, etc., then I'd considered spending a little more for something with a tighter clasp.

Defective product or shipping problem?
These items did not meet my expectations. The locking handles, which are a must, keep becoming detached and effort is needed to get them reattached and they continue to fall off.The seem to be well manufactured and the problem could be caused by poor packaging. It seems the handles are the ones on the bottom side of the shipping box.

Great size, nice locking lids (tho clamps don't stay clipped w/out lid), cracked in shipment
Hard to review the item fully since 3 of the 10 bins arrived cracked and I had to return the entire order. I would have loved to be able to just return/replace the 3 cracked bins, but I understand that this is a set that cannot be split.I should have inspected all of them before starting to put things in them and up onto my shelves. I got through 3 bins before I noticed the next one I reached for was missing the black flip clamp. It had fallen off because that side of the bin was cracked and the handle had nothing to snap into.At this point, I inspected all the bins and found 2 others that were cracked as well. If it had just been the one, I would have kept them all and just used that one as an open storage bin. 3 out of 10 cracked though . . . a 30% loss was a bit too much to accept.Observations:- Nice size for cabinets. Fits perfectly in my 15" deep upper cabinets.- The flip clamps do a good job holding the lids on, but they do not stay clicked in the clamped position unless the lid is on. Without a lid to clamp on, the latches just flop open. I planned to use a few of these as open bins (without lids) to stand taller items in.There are other brands with flip latches that stay in the clipped position even without a lid on. Because these do not and the latches flop down without a lid on, they stick out and this makes the overall measurement of the bin just a tad longer. For me, that meant it would no longer fit in my 15" deep cabinet.- Great little indented finger hold at the bottom ends of these bins. Gives a great finger pull recessed area for getting the bins down and out from shelving.- Pretty sturdy but not for really heavy items. I bought the lighter weight bins in this same brand. Those do not have a flip latch - - - those are just bins with a lid that sorta clicks on at both ends. Those bins are definitely for light items only - - - ie, bandaids, sponges, napkins. These flip latch bins are a bit sturdier but I don't think they are still solid enough to carry heavy weight. Before realizing I had cracked bins in my order, the first bin I started to fill was one I intended to use for extra charging cables. I pretty much filled the bin and it worked great for that.I started to fill the second bin with batteries. That was a stretch. It held them just fine, but you'd definitely need to carry the bin with two hands. There's no way it would manage the weight half filled with batteries by just grasping it on the end with one hand.As always, Amazon was great about letting me return this damaged order. It would have been better to be able to just replace the 3 cracked ones, but if you order these, I'd highly suggest giving them all a good inspection first before starting in on your organizing project. If you're lucky enough to receive a perfect shipment, these are nice bins for medium weight storage and organization.
