MORE size options would be better. I'm in between a medium and large. After carefully reading the size guide and twice measuring each arm, I ordered medium. It simply was too loose. I ended up ordering 2 more pair in size small which worked much better for me although something in between small and medium would have been better. I will probably wear the medium while doing "light" activities such as working in my garden. But I originally bought these because I have elbow pain when I push my bicep exercises in the gym. The size small provides great compression and makes working for anything that involves the elbow easier. If I'm really pushing the weights, I still wear a band around my forearm But these are so comfortable and soothing I end up not taking them off most of the day. At that point in time all the bending with compression makes the inside of the elbow a bit irritable from chafing.

Bought these for tendinitis in both elbows. Have had them for a few days now and worn them each day for 1-4 hours each day. Once I remove them I have noticed a difference in the ability to maneuver my arms with miminmal pain or soreness. I wore them for a four hour 4-wheeling trip and they helped so much. They are comfortable, easy to get on and off, didn't get too hot (it was 92 when riding), didn't have any issues with them moving, rolling, or falling off my arms.

This is a very fitted sleeve so measure carefully. I’m a small (according to the instructions) and it IS snug. But it also keeps my elbow from bending at night - and tennis elbow feels better after just 2 nights. Only wearing this at night when I have 8 hours to keep my arm straight. My injury is from years of computer mousing, but is much better than using hubby’s old, large sized sleeves. The warmth is important as is the restriction of movement. If you order too small, return it and size up. It DOES work and quality is excellent.

Before I ordered this item I made sure to measure my arm like it said 4 inches above elbow and it was 11in. I checked size chart and it recommended a medium but that’s with a unisex measure. The small is a youth size but when I put it I. For first time is was way too big and fell right off. I’d recommend going with smaller size so it fits the way it should.

I use my arm repetitively at work and it was starting to hurt daily. The compression brace gives my elbow support and helps with the pain. It’s easy to put on and take off. It stays in place without slipping. I do find I need to take it off for a little break after about 4 hours.

I like my brace. I got it to help promote circulation and healing as I deal with tennis elbow, and I do think it's made a difference in that regard. But, I wouldn't be surprised if the same could be said for similarly-priced braces from other companies. So, why is this the brace you should purchase? Because of their customer service. The brace I originally ordered was too large (consider getting yourself one size smaller, especially if you're toward the cusp of one of the size ranges). The company provided an email address to contact if that occurs. I reached out, received an immediate reply from a kind and helpful staff member, provided my Amazon order number and address, and within three days, had a smaller size arriving at my door, no cost, no hassle. That's the type of company I want to purchase stuff from.

I got golfers elbow after exercising with weights. It was very painful. I bought these braces after reading good reviews. They really did help me keep the elbow protected during the day and still be able to use that arm. It stayed in place and was comfortable to wear.

Happy with this item., was wearing it when my arm was hurting and after couple of days it felt better.

The support and tension were perfect however the quality was a bit of a letdoen. The seam was not Weaver together well enough and was already showing signs of unraveling. It would not stand up to continually being taken on and off.
