It relaxes my muscles and encourages a sense of calm that helps me to wind down for the evening and sleep soundly. It works without having that overwhelming tense, burning sensation like other creams I've used. I also really like that the ingredients are all natural. I'm mostly enjoying that it works and I'm able to use it daily; it's proven to be a great buy.
