Very soft for those who need to take extra care of sore gums.

This very uniquely designed toothbrush is just a winner all the way around...literally....Bristles go all the way around the handle and are soft enough for people with sensitive gums or for those whose mouth is sore from chemo...Great for anyone though....The most effective cleaning of any brush I have ever used! Bought more. Worth the price....which, by the way, is ridiculous!

Excellent brushes so soft. Easy on the gums yet does a great job cleaning. Bristles are soft but are set firmly in the brush. The small head allows you to reach all spaces of your mouth.

Size and softness are the best I have found. The round shape takes a bit of getting used to but it is very efficient at cleaning my teeth and did I mention how soft it is... this is a repeat purchase and is a great stand in for my electric toothbrush. Really wish I had found it sooner! I am not a cancer or chemo patient but my gums do not take kindly to standard soft toothbrushes. Also, there is version with a blue handle that is soft, but these with the red handle are even softer.

I bought these for a friend who has nerve damage in his mouth from extensive oral surgery. Brushing is painful for him, even with toothbrushes marked "extra soft" or marketed for babies. This is the only brush I've found that doesn't hurt his mouth. The round design makes it more efficient. Very happy to have found these.

My first week after chemo is always hard on my mucous membranes, and my gums would bleed every time I brushed, even with the "extra soft" name brands (tried two other brands). This was a lifesaver - the soft bristles and 360 design really helped me brush my teeth without overly aggravating my sensitive gums.
