They can be engraved but we do not do the engraving. You can get a local jeweler or trophy shop to do it. Laser engraving is a preferred method.

That was also my concern. But, yes the lid does screw on.

Q: Do it come with a funnel?

I don’t know. I opened the box to view the urn and put it back in the box. Then I brought it to the funeral home. I’m sorry that I didn’t check for that but the urn was beautiful.
