Schmetz 25 Microtex (Sharp) Sewing Machine Needles, Size 60/8 (130/705 H-M)

This order was well packaged, arrived very quickly and is as described. Where else could I get five packages for the price listed? I read another review that mentioned she uses these needles for applique and I do a lot of satin stitch applique. I have been using universal 60/8, but microtex are sharper and I think will do equally as good a job as universal if not better. I am very happy with my purchase.

We replenish stocks for our sewing group of volunteers

Working on some very lightweight fabric projects. These needles fit my Bernina, and do a great job. Only problem is, if you forget to change out needles and use them on heavier stuff, they do tend to break. That's the operator's fault though. Altogether, great needles at a good price. Ordered this multi-pack so that when they do break, I've got a ready supply.

I use Schmetz needles in all of my sewing machines and I am so pleased to be able to buy them in packs of 50 at a reasonable price.

Finished a Halloween dress at my daughters and embarrassinly, her needles kept breaking. I ordered these from Amazon, and they easily pierced layers of constume fabric.
