Would i be able to keep the knob in the on position since i could not reach it. i have an exterior natural gas on/off switch which i would use.

I don’t see why not since your connection is your on/off control and you’re not using a propane tank. Oriflamme has a great customer service. I would call to get a definitive answer. I use a propane tank.

is the regulator considered low pressure or high pressure ?
