They stick very well and are good size and thickness. I stick them under the insole of my shoes and they last very well.

This is a total rip-off. The protective layer on the adhesive is impossible to remove. That product is a entirely useless. DO NOT BUY. That's why the seller does not allow returns.

The pads don't stick to your feet.

Have a growth on one foot and my podiatrist recommended these. They provided instant relief! I was happy to see they work well applied inside various shoes, as opposed to sticking them on the bottom of my foot and replacing them more often. They are reasonably priced, adhere well & last.

Es un producto muy bueno Lo único que tienes que tener en cuenta es como quitar el adhesivo. Quitar el adhesivo te lo tienes que tomar como un juego. Coges unas tijeras de punta redonda. Lo pones en el borde del adhesivo para intentar separar la capa. Lo típico es empujar la tapa blanca del adhesivo hacia afuera. Pero es mas fácil empujar hacia dentro, empujar en dirección hacia la propia almohadilla. Si te lo tomas como un juego, coges tijeras de punta redonda, lo harás de forma facil y quitaras el adhesivo fácilmente. No intentes quitar el adhesivo con la mano porque es prácticamente imposible o quizas haya algun truco que no se.
