I wear size 14 shoes/socks. This appliance proved to be far too small for me to use and I returned it. Perhaps if you have size 9 or 10 mens feet, it might work.

Q: is this Donner made for 18 inch calfs?

It is for a medium to smaller sized person. It did not help me very much. The measurements are given in the order area, I believe.

Yes. However, it was awkward for me as I am a taller and larger person. It seems like it would work better for a medium to small sized person.
