I have 7 (oops) indoor cats of my own and often look after my mom’s cat too; there was recently an upheaval in the family, and it was obvious the cats were stressed and anxious. One thing I wanted to do was give them some additional enrichment, and this was what I went with—and it’s worked out great!Obviously each cat has their own preferences, but several of them immediately took to hunting/batting the balls around, flipping and curling around the board to try out new angles, frequently returning to the board when they wanted to bat at the balls again, etc. They also like scratching on the grass despite that not being per se how this is advertised, and several of them LOVE to sleep on it, to the point of ignoring the much nicer cat beds lol. I’ll also occasionally spice things up by hiding one of their toy mice in there, and that’s been a big hit too.All in all, great purchase with multiple cats of a variety of ages and temperaments and interests all coming back to this again and again and again; I’m going to purchase a second one—both because they’ve really started to beat up the one we have haha, but also so more of them can play with it at a time.

I bought this for my new cat because my old one (pictured) doesn’t like to play with things like this. Now it looks like I’m going to have to buy another, because both cats love it!

Giving it 4 stars because my kitten loved it, but he tore it apart and got all the balls out after a couple weeks, though he may be an exception. He has big paws and proportionately sized claws.

I mean, my cats love it but it isn’t sturdy enough to support a large cat. One of my cats is 18lbs and as soon as he gets on it, it bends and breaks and then they immediately lose interest. Hopefully it isnt giving him a complex or somethin. Wish I could find a sturdier one

The media could not be loaded. This toy was definitely considered a disposable toy for us, however, my cat loved it so much! It took him a good two-three weeks to tear up all the cardboard. He loved scratching at the grass part. The cardboard pieces are all torn off but I kept the turf/grass part around as a scratcher. Highly recommend if your cat needs a new activity to keep them busy!

Otherwise if you're purchasing cat bed/scratchers, do not buy unless your full grown cat is TINY!As soon as my cat (A large male full grown, mature cat... not kitten) tried to play with it the toy, which is a cardboard box w/ "fake grass" ontop. (*WATCH OUT, my cat LOVES eating weird things, and the fake grass ontop easily falls out! My cat was eating this "astroturf", which was more like what's used for cheap, fake Christmas trees! If a cat eats too much of this they will be going to an emergency vet guarenteed!*) there are slits & holes in the cardboard box for kittens to stick their paws into and play w/the 3 balls inside. My cat got so bored! It's too tiny for an adult cat, only kittens can get their paws into those holes and be so small they could play with the thing!There's another issue I have with one of the "Cat Stages" product's, but because the product I was on the same page as this grass cardboard box/play thing, Amazon won't let me make a seperate "review"! So, i'm just going to give a video of My cat, Onyx... when I opened up the cat scratcher/bed!
