AMAZING! Gets my hair straighter than any other one I've ever had. I love the automatic shut off. But, if does snag a bit. That said, I still love it. Great swivel cord!

Cheaply made
I researched for months before my purchase . There were a lot of negative reviews but saw a couple videos that looked good so I decided to buy it . Worst straightener I have ever purchased . I am a hairdresser and have been through a lot of irons . Cheaply made , pulled in my hair and made it frizzy.
