Well I just ordered two more of these because I can't believe how much I love them. I usually had to pencil in my very sparse eyebrows and they smudge and of course have to be redone every day. I used this and was astonished to see that I had gone to bed and got up the next day and nothing has smudged! It looked exactly the way it had the day before. It is such a time saver!.

I was surprised to to see how well the pen worked! The four little points at the nib are strong allowing a precise application. I’m very impressed on how opaque the product is. Definitely not a light gradual color.

The eyebrow pen was shipped without a cap. Liquid was clumpy. However it does stay on. Amazon in general has defective makeup it's happen to me before with another product. It took months to get a refund. They accused me of package tampering. Not going to return this product not worth the Hassel. I'll know not to order makeup from Amazon anymore

So, yes it comes with templates, and the pen and tweezers. The pen is like taking a sharpie to your eyebrows, for me anyway. I ordered brown, looks black. Too dark for what I needed. I had a difficult time with the templates. But that may just be me. Don't know if I will give it another go or not. Has free returns, however I may just keep. It is not horrible, I feel maybe with practice it might do ok.
