What size of head does the small fit?

I would check a size chart to be sure, but a small fits my 7 year old daughter. My 9 year old can wear it too, but medium allows for growth with the extra padding. The dial adjuster helps, as does the flip fold padding.

Is the visor removable?

Mine is two years old; if it's still made the same, then no, the visor is not removable.

Is there an adjustable dial in the back or no?

Yes, but it’s not a great helmet Kask makes a sturdier safer one
