I make decorated organza gift bags for our area Assisted Living Facilities. With the softness of these candies, I never have to worry about a choking hazard from the hardness of other forms of candy, as these are perfect. Regular Brach's Starlight Mints are wrapped nicely for use in a gift bag, but they are too hard, and these are the delightful alternative.
