Bought 2, 1 cylinder failed after 1 year - still 5 stars
Bought my first one 2 years ago for use in my garage - that one has received at least weekly use and is still going strong. Bottom tray is useful. Bought a second one for inside the house. It's seen much less usage but after about a year, the cylinder must be leaking as the chair will not stay at max height. Called Wen and their customer service was outstanding. After taking my order info, serial number etc they arranged to have a replacement cylinder mailed to me. While waiting for the replacement, watched several Youtube videos on how to remove and replace the cylinder. Came across a video from life with david that suggested trying to turn the seat upside down overnight so that the internal lubricant of the chair gets back to the top of cylinder. This seems to at least temporarily restored the seat able to stay at max height. If not, I'll replace the cylinder.

Great stool
Bought this for my garage and it’s great, puts me real close to the floor so when I’m messing with brakes or something I’m at the perfect height and not slouching over, I love that it’s all steel making it sturdy and the tray at the bottom is very useful for keeping the tools off the floor and in reach

Well constructed does what i need
Took me longer to get it out of the box then to assemble it. It is well built and holds my 230 lbs at the high setting quite well.

Arrived with some damage
I have ordered three of these. However one arrived with a bent base plate and damaged caster wheel. I sent an email to wen and am awaiting an answer to see if they will replace it.

Somehow even more comfortable than the red ones the other guys I work with use… if it ever does break, I’ll definitely be getting another one
