Is this supposed to be a 2-pack? The Amazon web site says 2-pack but my box has only one cartridge!

I thought it was a 2-packs also but only got 1 when I order also. I called Amazon customer service after much effort in trying to find a contact number and was told it is only a single cartridge. The advertising on this product is NOT correct and misleading.

Does this toner come with the drum included? I have plenty of replacement toner however the film on the drum is ripped. Is this the entire assembly?

The drum is not included with the TN223BK toner.

Well I'm looking at my box that's unopened. No expiration and it was made in Vietnam. This is prob my third or fourth and when it starts fading after mos and now I replace. I'm very pleased w/product.
