NOT WALL PLATES, its a foam insert between the wall and wall plate....
This is in face foam seal that seal the rocker plates. It goes between the wall and the plate cover, It is not the actual covers like I originally thought, make sure you read the full description. They do feel good for the money, and hopefully they keep the cold out this winter. Not what I thought originally but it is a nice addition I did not even think about during my remodel..
