This company had great customer service and helped out when my monitor broke, and even sent out an upgraded version for free by providing simple details. However, the origbal monitor did eventually get black lines but the quality is not bad 👍🏽

Really disappointed. I purchased this the end of Oct 24’ as a gift for my 13 yo. He picked this out. He was a bite disappointed initially from the size but we kept it… unfortunately by March 25’ (5 months) it started having lines across the screen, that are getting worse! I wish I bought a warranty, but trusted it was a good product.
