Q: after you hang it, can the clock swivel or is it fixed?

Not sure why everyone is saying it’s fixed. The base is fixed but once it’s hung the clock face will still swivel on the mounting so you can have it face whichever directions work for you

Q: My clock did not come with any screws. What kind and size screws do I need to mount the clock and where can I buy them?

Take the clock to a hardware store and they will sell you the screw(s).
