ARRIVED ON TIME...... PACKAGE COMES SEALED.FOR THE PEPPERS ...I LOVE HOT FOOD.....I TRIED TWO.... WASN'T THAT HOT AT FIRST... BUT ONCE I BIT INTO IT AND THE SEEDS HIT MY MOUTH... IMMEDIATELY TEARED UP.. IF YOU WANT TO ADD SOME HOT AND SPICY TO YOUR MEALS OR SALSA OR ANYTHING ....I THINK YOU WILL LOVE THESE.

Very large bag

Most pods are a deep shade of red. Most pods had the stem removed (I think I had maybe 6 in the entire bag). While my bag had ~3/4 cups of loose seeds outside the pods, that works for me as that's where the heat is.The peppers are potent. I sneezed repeatedly as I was simply transferring the pods to air-tight mason jars. I could feel the airborne capsaicin irritate my cheeks (and I LOVE spicy foods). These have definitely not sat around the grocery store for years like my last bag did.I think that I will let my spice grinder rest for 30 minutes before opening if I grind these peppers indoors or maybe I'll grind them outside with a mask.

These peppers are really good but I like spicier peppers but for the flavor and the money it was pretty good. I made a salsa the other day from these peppers had a good taste to it but I needed something a little spicier so I added five habaneros to it give it a better flavor.
