Not that great. It slides around too easily in spite of it being the right size. Tried a size down and it was way too small.

Best wrestling kneepad I ever had.
Kneepad is great! The white stripes on the back WILL fall off though, I didn't really care but this is the best knee pad I ever had for wrestling. The way I wash it though is in cold water with soap in the sink then I let it air dry in the dryer with no heat and when I wake up it's dry and smell's good again and ready for another practice!

Not a set!! Only one keenpad was delivered!!
It would be GREAT for a one legged wrestler, Because it only comes with one kneepad. Ordered this thinking it was a set of kneepads but it was only one kneepad. Since you have to buy two in order to get a set is stupid.

its nice but only one came as if I only had ONE knee, WTF for $22 i couldn't get a pair...
