Latest Microsoft Surface Pro 4 - Intel Core, 4GB Ram, 128GB SSD, Bluetooth, Dual Camera - Windows 10 (Renewed)

I brought this Surface as a back up from my Surface Pro 1 and I love it. It’s thinner than my first one and is easy to set up.

It was great product - when it worked! I ended up returning it. I bought a refurbished unit. The operating system continually locked up to the point it no longer functioned at all. Sometimes it would go for several hours, and other times it wouId lock up trying to start after doing a re-boot from the last time it locked up. I tried all of the fixes that were recommended, even doing a full re-fresh.As I said when the product worked it was great. I had read reviews on it prior to the purchase, and although this lock up was an issue noted by many. Everyone said this was fixed with the upgrades the other Windows 10 firmware. so not sure why it was still an issue with this unit.

Surface was like new. Delivered promptly.

I really love my surface pro. It lets me do so much in photoshop and animate. I turned off the touch screen so it only responded to the pen. This is exactly what I needed. I will say this model does have an issue. I looked it up online and it doesn't seem to just be me. When I log onto the internet ALL of my devices this one included respond very slowly to anything online. The internet has alot of trouble working when this is logged onto it. I have this mostly disconnected to the internet so my work flow isn't interrupted.

I purchased this item refurbished through ShopRedTagSales and I had initially encountered some difficulty in registering my Microsoft account on the tablet. The seller promptly responded and had a tech agent call me, who solved the problem right away.Overall very good versatile laptop/tablet, perfect for traveling which is the main reason why I bought it.I might need to add a mini SD card to expand the memory but that's not a big problem.Overall quite happy with the purchase and the prompt assistance of the seller.

This table arrived in completely unusable condition and froze whenever the charger cord was unplugged. Windows kept trying to repair itself and the screen that said the repair failed would also completely frozen. The charger sent with it was missing a cord which prevented me from knowing immediately the computer did not work. Amazon gave me a partial refund to buy a charger. After buying it, I discovered the computer was broken. It took several weeks to get the rest of the purchase price refunded because the seller didn't give a refund despite having the returned item for 4 days. I ended up having to contact Amazon 3 times over a broken computer. I also lost money because the refund didn't include the cost of having to buy a charger to test the tablet. I have decided it is too risky to buy renewed electronics from Amazon and I will go with one the is certified by Apple (devices refurbished by Apple also get brand new batteries rather than the 80% battery life promised by the Amazon program).

I love the product itself but after time I’ve encountered some issues. I’ve had it for about 6 months & the battery life lasts me all but 2 hours. I’m having to constantly carry the charger around. Also now it won’t even start without it restarting itself every 2 minutes. Says it has encountered a problem.
