Extremely high antioxidant levels, excellent daily supplement and a great price!
I've been taking amla powder daily for years based on the reviews by Dr. Michael Greger, reknown medical researcher and New York Times best selling author. Amla powder has the most antioxidant levels of any plant known to date. The powder comes well packaged, fresh, and in good condition. The price is also excellent. Amla powder is a welcome addition to daily diet supplements.

I have good amount of hair fall and after doing some research I started using this and I have seen improvements.

Lower cholesterol
For many years my cholesterol was around 200 to 210. I have been using about a teaspoon of amla powder in my coffee since March. I had my cholesterol tested in November and it was 175. I do not know if the amla powder contributed to lowering the cholesterol but it is one of the known benefits. My diet is very good and mostly vegetarian so that would probably be a factor as well. It did take a little while to get used to the taste so I was adding extra sweetener until I got used to it. Another benefit might be helping with blood sugar but I have not had mine measured for several years. I will definitely keep using the amla powder!

A sour but not unpleasant taste
I bought this to use as a hair mask along with eggs, mayo and honey but figured I'd try drinking some too for my general health. Since I'm far too lazy to make shakes or smoothies I added a little less than a tablespoon of this to warm water. It has a sour taste which, for anyone from the Caribbean, is akin to juneplums. The only advice I'd give is to let it sit for a a minute or two so that the residue settles before having it. Oh, it also came double packaged, with a sealed plastic bag over the brown paper packet (and in a box of it's own) to ensure it arrived safely in transit.
