Too hard to move

Love this, can really feel it working. I'm limited to the space I have but to add this in to my pressups is great because you can feel it working your lower abs and shoulders and chest so it's a good warm up and stretch when doing press ups.It's also ideal to carry about when your bouncing from job to job.

This was easy to assemble and has been great to use over the last few months. It comes with a small kneeler mat. Sadly this was so squashed into the package that the kneeler has a compression mark that has never completely disappeared.

Very good, easy to use and helps to get summer body faster without going to the gym.

I bought this in my attempts to get fitter and more toned. Although this was very easy to assemble I don’t feel like this product is very sturdy. Though that might be because I’m not yet fit enough to use it to it’s full potential yet...

The two stripey handles dont lock in place at all so just slip out when using, absolute waste of money
