Q: Our these the same as the czech cards

These are the same as the Czech cards we use to play in Tarock tournaments like WestFest in West, TX. I have never been able to find these in the Czech Republic but only here and in Austria. I hope this helps.

They looked and felt exactly like the Austrian cards I am used to.

Q: Do the cards have roman numerals or regular numbers?

The hearts (one through four and face cards), diamonds (one through four and face cards), spades (seven through ten and face cards) and clubs (seven through ten and face cards) don't have any numbers. The trump suit has roman numbers (I through XXI). There is also a single joker.
