I'm using this to keep track of phone calls I have to make or if I have to follow-up on something. I file the corresponding paperwork in each section. I take the organizer with me to work in case I get a return call. Once I finish the task, I use the back sections to hold my paperwork until I file it away. Paperwork is secure and does not fall out.

Very functional. So far holding papers well. No problem with the spiral, binding folder well. Size is perfect. Good for my organization of my life personal files like 401K, Life Insurance, other assets and liabilities, etc. So in emergency, they are all in one place, easy to access. i already bought 2, one for me and one I gave to my sister. Now I am buying the 3rd one to organize my bills.
