These adapters thread on smoothly and make it easy to connect equipment with different 1/4-inch and 3/8-inch mounting sizes. I do a ton of A/V work and have lots of various camera and audio gear. Adapters like these are a must. I can't afford to carry around both camera and microphone tripods or have room for multiple desk mounts. The ability to toss these on and be good to go is a game changer. The fit is perfect and the functionality makes swapping gear as needed super easy They are very solid and sturdy and won't have a problem if they get loose in my gear bag.
