These edible rice papers are perfect to wrap nougat or candies, as the inner layer, before putting the decorative paper or plastic wrap on.To keep these sheets from drying up and becoming crunchy, I’d store them in the fridge.I bought from multiple suppliers but this one’s quality is better than others that I’ve used.

Product tastes great and is easy to use.

Smaller than I expected

The sheets are very small, or I didn't look close enough at the dimensions.

I was using this one to easily swallow powder supplements but became highly disappointed in it's ease of use. They crack very easily and don't hold up that well. I bought another brand and those were actually worth it. I personally may have bought the wrong brand for the use I intended for it yet not to make the same mistake. If you want to parachute supplements go for the edible paper that comes in circle form. Those were much easier to accomplish swallowing and not choking on

The sheets were much thinner than what I had gotten in the past and didn't work well for the nougat I was making.
