The media could not be loaded. This casting kit was such a fun and meaningful activity for our anniversary! My husband and I used it to create a mold of our hands, and the result was absolutely beautiful — so detailed and sentimental. As a personal touch, we’re also planning to add our cat’s paw print using non-toxic paint, which makes it even more special for us. I gave this as a gift for a 25th Wedding Anniversary. They absolutely loved it and said it was the most thoughtful gift they received. I gave 5 stars despite having known the outcome of the cast because I've done many and I know that any issue with the kit will be a user error. Definitely a wonderful gift idea for so many important events in someone's life. This is even a great idea to do with a loved one that may have limited time left. I so wish I'd done this with my mother because the funeral home offers so many options that seem to start at several hundred dollars at minimum. This would have been perfect to preserve her hand or even just a fingerprint and it even if only that, it would have been well worth the money.

Easy to use! Great gift for anniversary! Most precious thing I have from my parents. I bought this just before my dad passed and it means the world to me! I have given to my besties on their 50th anniversary and they absolutely loved it!

Pretty good kit and clear instructions but bag was open inside bucket so powder was everywhere to begin with. I also recommend only using the bucket it comes with to measure water amount. Mix molding alginate powder in bigger bucket and poor back into provided bucket for molding. The better mixed the better the mold comes out.
