The quality and longevity is unmatched and their warranty is excellent. The wheels absorb impact and glide smoothly. My last case lost a wheel (over 5 years after daily use!) and they replaced it with a brand new one. They're a higher price point but so worth the money for the quality and service. The only thing I dislike about this case is the front pocket is large and deep, so it's not good for storing keys, wallets and the like. But this is just a personal preference.
