Can I use the 12mm screw in place of 10mm

what are the inches apart on mounting holes

Oh idk 😂 ts already mounted but I'm going to say 6-8 inches apart with out the bracket as I have only a 24inch and didn't need them but rest assured it comes with everything you're going to need and the screws, washers, and different adapters for the sizes so I would worry about that as I didn't even need 1/3rd of the stuff they sent so......

I ordered a wall mount and the directions say I can receive concrete wall anchors upon request. How do I contact the seller to receive these?

I believe mine came with them. Big gray inserts.

Can the wall plate be install horizontal instead of vertical?

so you mean; horizontal on the wall? The adjustments at each pivot would hang, but not be able to be secured adequately to hold the unit away from the wall-... You could physically secure the wall mount if you have a backer board in the wall; and you could physically mount the tv to the end of the arm. I hope that is helpful.
