I ordered this on 10th June and already they do not work, not durable at all I dropped my phone today in the gym and the connecting part broke off in my phone! I’m not expecting iPhone quality but this has never happened to me in all my owning an iPhone and using lower end ear phones! Until then sound quality was good disappointed is an understatement!

I expected earplugs to plug in and go - simple. Not the case with these had to download something called Beats which in turn knocked out my car iphone connection and my friends can't hear me when I call using these. When I do get sound there is a background hiss. Waste of time and money.

These earphones don’t work… when you plug them in they come up as beats wireless headphones and then minutes later volume automatically turns itself down. Also they won’t stay in your ears

Literally don’t work constantly turning Siri on despite me having disabled it. They make weird noises and disconnect constantly it’s so irritating. Just get Apple ones you’ll end up wanting to rip them apart if you buy these ones. The worst thing I’ve ever ordered. Probably my fault for not getting Apple ones to be fair

Product does not work, no point returning as it will cost more than the product. Love throwing money away

Garbage.Whilst the music sounds okay it’s not much better than the kind of things you get in a poundshop. if you want to route a call through these just give up now.The sound and Mic quality are pitiful and the device comes up as a Bluetooth lighting device rather than wired headphone.Poorly made and not fit for purpose

Immediately noticed the fuzzy sound on first use, and thin, fragile wire. When unplugging, the casing on the jack disintegrated. I am returning. Don't waste your money.
