I have difficulty swallowing large capsules, so I was very pleased that Qunol has introduced these gummies. My doctor instructed me to take CoQ10 daily to prevent side effects from statins, and specifically recommended I use Qunol products as he said they are of high and reliable quality. I have had no side effects from the statins since, and that has not changed since I switched to the gummy version recently.

The ease of chewing a gummy is a plus. The flavor is good and it seems to be doing the job it says it does. A good value.

Qunol CoQ10 is supposed to work well for absorption. It does seem to work well for me to reduce muscle pain due. The best part is that I love the flavor of the gummies. Swallowing capsules are fine, but the gummies are delicious.
