Easy read, good advice
My husband read this in 2 days, I am in the middle. Good advice for healthy living and interesting. Hoping to follow the challenge soon!

7 teaspoons of sugar?! Really??
Great material, but I have some concerns:1. 7 teaspoons of added sugar is A LOT! I don't see how a healthy diet can have that much added sugar, a highly processed product, every day.2. If your diet needs to supplement essential vitamins and minerals in form of a pill, it's not healthy. Sorry. A diet should have everything available through nutrition alone. So maybe a small amount of fish, meat and eggs is actually important to provide the body with vitamin B12, omega 3s, calcium and iron. You can't get enough of these essentials on a 95 to 100% plant based diet.3. If you are going to go for a totally vegan diet, you need some guidance as to what supplement. I don't see that in this book. So all these well intentioned readers want to go gun-ho on this diet, they really need additional support to ensure their bodies get what it's needed.So here we are again-a well intentioned lifestyle sell, but again it falls short.Don't get me wrong-I love all his books and I think there is a lot of good advice. I think there is a tremendous amount of misinformation out there. But, like everything else, take everything with a little grain of salt.
