It eliminated dragging that heavy green hose all over the yard. It curls up after use. Its very durable. The only mistake I made was that I should have bought the longer size. I have to stretch it quite a bit in order to get to the whole yard.

Update: the company reached out and sent me a replacement hose. Great customer service! Hopefully this one lasts longerI loved this hose when I first got it. It was light, didn't take up much space, and overall easy to operate. Unfortunately it started getting tears in it after only 3 months of use and now leaks more water from those tears than what comes out of the hose

Have only used hose 2x, but it appears durable ( reason for not giving a full 5 stars, we haven’t had it long enough)Love this hose! Perfect for topping up hot tub during the winter. Very lightweight and easy to manage. The on off valve at the end of hose ( the end not attached to faucet) is a great feature. When adding water, just want the hose, do not want to stand in cold holding the spray nozzle!Hose expands and retracts quickly. We just stir it in a small pail under the laundry room sink.Thinking we might just get a few a Christmas gifts ( and another for ourselves)

UPDATE: the company was very quick to respond to my initial review and was kind enough to send a new house expeditiously at no cost. I’ve therefore changed my assessment to 4/5 (as the the issues mentioned below still exist but the company was very kind to address this quickly). I initially was so impressed by this garden hose. Used routinely to water my garden over the month of June. Unfortunately, yesterday I realized that there is already two holes in The black component that appears to be weak points resulting in pinpoint pressure breakage. This offered even though the hose has never been left outdoors in frosty weather. I can’t recommend a hose that didn’t even last through one summer season. How disappointing.

Opened the box and connected to water tap. Then went to connect the other end and noticed chips in the copper fitting and when turned on the water was leaking and spraying everywhere. Returned it the next day. The only positive was the return process was smooth and the refund was processed quickly. I ended up buying another brand from one of the price clubs and that one has held up so far even when connected to a pressure washer.

I had an issue with the hose that I initially received where it seemed to be defective, but the seller was super helpful and sent a replacement. The hose is great because it’s very flexible and not rigid, also retracts when not in use so it’s so easy to store and transport. The connectors seem sturdy and good quality. I like that there is a valve at the end of the hose. The nozzle/sprinkle also works very well. I also like the mechanism of the nozzle so that you don’t need to hold it down to get the water running (unlike a gas nozzle at the gas station). It really works well! One thing to note is you should take into account the water pressure from your tap. If there is not enough pressure, the hose will not lengthen completely so it will not get to 25ft long. I don’t have a problem with that and don’t need it that long so this hose works great for me. But if you do, you might want to consider getting a longer one (like 50ft). I would highly recommend this hose and this seller to be honest. Really appreciate that they saved me the hassle of trying to fix the defective hose / pay extra since I had thrown away the box and packaging. Happy gardening/cleaning/dog washing etc! (we also used it to wash our dog outside after getting skunked… as I said, great nozzle!)

I love how easy it is to pull the hose out to use and it shrinks up so quickly to store. I will see how it does over the long haul but so far it has been great for the few months that I have used it.
