If the same problems I had, you will also need a fine blade flat tip screwdriver (to gently pry up staples not high enough) and a vice grip plier with a flat end (needle nose do not work). This is a fantastic tool, i love it! **Q: Will this grab and pull nails in compodite deck boards?** A: It will, but the nail has to be up enough for the jaws to grab it. If the nails are below the surface of the decking, you’ll likely need another type tool.
