I’ve been taking this for years now and I love it. This in combination with better scalp hair has given me great results. However, the recent price change is less appealing. The taste isn’t horrible, notes of rosemary. My hair definitely grows quicker when i take it regularly plus strengthens my nails. Overall a solid hair vitamin.

Made my hair worse then when I started it! I was so disappointed by the product. I was recommended by a friend so I took it every day for 6 months. During that time I noticed no difference at all. I didn’t change any other products, or even get my hair dyed in that time. Then I gave up and stopped taking it. About a month or so later my hair was far more thin than it’s ever been in my life. I’m very upset.

This product did not work for me. I noticed no change at all. Not worth the price. I had better results taking a b-complex and prenatal vitamin which are cheaper as well

I really see a difference, thank goodness! My hair was brittle and breaking off. That has stopped.
