Swivel Pulley
We just bought a few Rock Exotica products and they all are well made.A little on the heavy side.This pulley has a side that swivels open so you can mess with your rope without unhooking the swivel, NICE.A lot less chance of dropping it when it is still connected!If you have ever had to do that way up in the air you now what I mean.Trying to unlock your carabiner, hold the rope, hold the pulley, open the pulley, and then unlock the carabiner to hook the pulley back on, tough.It looks like for now, these guys are the innovators in the industry!

Use this for my aerial rig
I replaced part of my block and tackle pulley system on my aerial rig with this. Less moving parts and I gained six+ inches to play with which is a big deal on a backyard rig. Love this!

Love it!
Excellent pulley, I am a apprentice lineman, I climb steel towers, and wood poles regularly. I use this on a regular basis as a hardline block, and I love it. It is smaller than I thought it would be, but don't let that discourage you, it is very strong, and useful for smaller ropes. Keep the rope size in mind though as you may need the larger size which I'm sure is the same quality as this one.

Misleading Picture
The picture in the listing is not of the product. The product is a single pulley as described, not the double pulley in the picture, but the main issue is that the single does not have the Beckett loop on the bottom for tying off or using a Prusik.

Highly recommended double pulley. Get one.
Great device. It's not the CMC stamped version so it's not NFPA G rated, but it is identical. It is so easy to load this to quickly set up a haul system on a rappel to lower or setting up for confined space work. Definitely recommended.
