**My initial review is below ... but my kitten is now 7 months old and she's a very intelligent and curious kitten, hence the update. This fountain had her captivated from the start but she is now able to prise the two lids off the top of the fountain using her teeth and completely remove them. Once she's done that, she then goes on to remove the pump, remove the filter and remove the lamp! Not satisfied with that, she then plays in the water to her little heart's content and has even managed to tip the whole thing over twice when it was FULL of water. That's no mean feat for a small kitten because 1L of water is heavy.So, from that 3 months of use I would now give it a 2 ** because it really needs for those two lids to be of the 'screw top' kind, not just sitting on top of the base as they do. This is not a flimsy piece of kit and the lids aren't easy to get off with my hands but she can do much better with her two sharp fangs! So, after her being so able to get into it, I'm now having to stop using it because my carpets are soaked in water.*****My 4 month old rescue kitten was described as 'extremely shy'. She'd spent 4 months in a really lovely shelter but I noticed like most cats she was hardly every bothering with her water bowl which is very shallow. So, knowing that cats like running water, it's more audible and visible to them etc, I invested in this gadget and within 5 minutes of switching it on she was investigating it, dipping her paws in, lapping up the water and drinking from the stream dropping down. It's virtually silent to humans and I have it in the bedroom. There's no annoying running water/dripping sounds, it's just a gentle sound that humans would strain to hear. It's so well made and sturdy, and it has a pretty light inside that glows gently so you can see the water level. It also came with two free gifts, a feather stick which she absolutely loves, she even dragged it over to me this morning to initiate playtime! The other a lovely little ball with a bell inside it. This fountain is a life changer for any cat. I'm sure they suffer so many kidney problems because people don't understand they need access to RUNNING water not stagnant water to drink. This water fountain is great for my cat, she is drinking more water. It can hold a lot of water so there's no worries if I have to leave the house for a full day at college or work. I had an issue with the top not fully going down but I figured out that I put the filter the wrong way round (there's a picture demonstration in the description of the fountain). It's a cute and simple design that's goes with my kitchen colour scheme. Overall I would definitely recommend to people as it's a good price for a great product :D

Bought this water fountain to replace my existing one with a large water reservoir. One of my Fur babies relentlessly pawed out all he water daily and I was forever mopping up so this one looked ideal to resolve the problem. Its a nice fountain which runs nice and quietly and the flow of water is perfect. Both my cats happily drink from it and they love the stream from the flower. The only downside it the top does not clip on securely as one of my cats still likes to put his paw in the water which after a few paws flips the lid off giving him access the the water storage to flick all over my kitchen floor which is the reason I have not given this water fountain 5 stars. Reading some of the other reviews I see i am not the only one with the same problem, It's a shame as this really is a nice water fountain.

I have a stubborn cat who refuses to drink water & I read that it's because some cats prefer running water. Therefore, after a lot searching & researching, I decided to buy the PewinGo Cat Water Fountain. Initially, I chose this fountain because it looks stylish & features a stainless steel bowl. Stainless steel is preferable to me as it looks better & is more hygienic than plastic.The product arrived earlier than expected, packaged very securely in a neat little box. After opening up the box, I was very pleasantly surprised to discover that the seller had very kindly included some lovely cat toys in the box as a free gift. My cat was delighted to receive them, even more than his new fountain 😹 The fountain itself was securely packaged with all the necessary parts, which only took me a few minutes to put together & set up. It's been working nicely so far & after using it for a week I cleaned it out, which is very easy to do & necessary for maintaining hygiene. It also comes with a filter, but I would suggest getting some extras to keep the water fresher for longer.I'm very pleased I chose this fountain, not only because it looks good & matches with any decor but it's fairly quiet too, with a gentle & soothing trickle unlike a lot of noisier fountains. It also features a light to indicate the water level, which is quite useful for the cat to locate it at night time. I also like the size & shape of the bowl, which holds an ample amount of water while being compact & is nicely rounded with a sort of lip around the edge of the bowl to stop water dripping out. It has several different flow modes, so you can adjust it according to your cat's preference. Mine prefers the bubbling flow, so I use the shorter nozzle for that effect. All in all, I'm very satisfied with this fountain & would highly recommend it to anyone who has a fussy furbaby like mine that refuses to drink still water. This is a great way to keep them hydrated while being quiet, stylish, easy to clean, affordable & well made.

Not only did it come on time and was super easy to set up, it came with SO many cute additions! Little toys and accessories that really were so unexpectedly kind (I didn't read that it came with, I just loved the 29 dollar sale tag lol) Thank you! Very much recommend this fountain as its sleek and cute design are only heightened by the company really going that extra mile. Nice and quiet too. I keep it in my bedroom, hardly notice it.BONUS TIPS: For those who have never owned fish, this has the same set up as a betta filter, please DO remember to change the filter monthly(every two months max!!) and CLEAN out the inside sponge. Squish it, rinse it. If you are able rinse out the filter mechanism as well, do it. Bacteria WILL build up on the filter media and that sponge if neglected. Keep it clean, your cats drink from this!! The media could not be loaded. I love this product!! I have tried so many other fountains and all of them either get a gross slime on it after two days or just cheap in general. Not this one! I was sceptical at first to be honest but it’s been about a week and no issues. My cat loves this fountain and it’s convenient for me since she drinks so much water I don’t have to constantly refill it. I barely have to clean this fountain to. All I do is rinse it and the filter when I change the water every 5 days. The only issue I have is my cat is scared of the large fountain attachment so I can only use the bubbling attachment seen in the video but that’s a her thing! LOL. The light in it isn’t to bright and their is little to no noise that comes from it. I have this fountain in my room and I don’t hear it at all sleeping at night. Definitely a 10/10 the best fountain I’ve purchased.

Got this because my cat is obsessed with running water of any kind (faucets, showers, rain), but doesn't care much for her water bowl. Assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow. She took to it right away, she drinks from it, plays with it and seems to enjoy just watching it. It's also delightfully quiet, all I hear is the water running. The only downside is I'll need to get a wire cover for it as it's very long and I don't have a place to convenient hide it from her. I've only had it for a day, so I'll update as needed once I've had it for longer.

This fountain is VERY quiet. It sits between my kitchen and tv area and don’t even notice it running. The little light is the perfect brightness, it doesn’t illuminate the area during the day, but when I turn out the lights at night I can see the water level window clearly, just in case I forgot to fill it up.My cats took about 3 weeks to drink from the fountain in front of me. Cats can be picky, my best advise is to keep it running and eventually they will come around. I did changed from the fountain spout to the bubbler about 2 weeks after initial set-up as they didn’t seem to like the dropping water.The unit is easy to clean and filters are readily available, which was one of the reasons I chose this unit as I have had issues with procuring filters for other, very loud, units in the past.I would recommend QIUQIU Cat water fountain to other cat owners.

Bought this because my cat would constantly want his water bowl changed after taking 1 sip from it. It arrived promptly and was very easy to assemble and comes with a water level indicator and LED lighting. My cat absolutely loves the fountain and the toys it came with (which are a nice addition). I personally think he is drinking more water as a result of this and that's great.Cons: The motor for the pump itself is not too loud, however, the water trickling down makes the most noise so I would either recommend putting this in a noisy area of your house or keep it as full as possible to minimize splashing noises.
