Switched from the Kre-Ex version and still get the energy burst and pump without the carbonation.

Great Pre Workout! Awesome Pump, Great Label, nice doses that will get the job done.Only complaint would be about the 400mg of caffeine (of course if you take 2 scoops).I would recommend on lighter workout days only taking one scoop.

We not only use this product personally, but sell it in our home gym smoothie bar! It smells and tastes better than anything else we have found! but the best part, IT WORKS! great boost of energy that doesn't leave you feeling jittery or over caffeinated!

When I opened the product, it was all clumped up and discolored- meaning that it was very old. Instead of being powdered, the preworkout is all rocky which makes it impossible to scoop. It's a huge pain, but I'm still using it simply because I paid for it and figured it would be a waste to toss out.

Definitely heats you up and makes you sweat, but gives us the needed "Kick" for our workouts!

I saw a few good reviews on this brand and gave it a try to experience something new. I've tried dozens of preworkout and work in the fitness industry. When I received this it was super clumpy and sticky. It's not expired but must have gotten wet at some point before I opened it, or just isn't great quality. The scooper is pointless because its all rocks and I didn't feel great when I tried it. I'd advise looking elsewhere.
