Mixed with a gallon of sweet tea is perfect for the winter time blues!
We love drinking this tea to help bring our mental state up when we are feeling down and overly emotional. I make a gallon of sweet tea and add a bag or two of this to the water with the Lipton tea bags and steep both together. I like my tea strong so I still use 4 bags of lipton when adding St. John's and you really can't even tell the difference. Family of 6 over here and we all drink it! We love it! We mainly just need it in the winter but anytime is fine too!

light flavor tea
Tired of the same tea flavors? I wanted something different and read there were health benefits to this Nettle tea. Whether true or not, I can't be sure. I can tell you that with seasonal allergies I tend to drink a lot of tea as it helps with my sinuses and my attitude. There is something about a steaming hot cup of tea to lift the spirits. So this is a nice, light bodied, flavorful tea that won't leave a heavy after taste in your mouth from tannins. I can drink it any time of day and no t worry about caffeine as it is an herbal tea. Each tea bag is individually contained in a traditional pocket paper wrapper. Strongly recommend.

Pretty Good
This is actually pretty good. It's not bitter to me, but it does have an interesting smell. It smells like tabasco sauce, but the tea is flavorless but husky. I've watched videos on You Tube showing how stinging nettle has a number of benefits: anti-inflammatory; tons of iron, calcium, potassium; helps with allergies, prostate issues, PCOS, heavy periods, kidney problems, digestive problems and so forth. Those with prostate issues would likely benefit more from the extract rather than the leaf. So far it's helping open up one of my stuffed nostrils. I'll keep trying it for a while. I like it.

Reduced pain from an injury within a day or two...
I had done something weird to my foot, I think I had pulled a muscle or something and it was hurting for quite a while to where it hurt to walk. I don't take any over the counter chemical pharmaceutical stuff anymore, and my body has been thanking me for it, so I mentioned it to my holistic healer. My homeopath recommended I get some nettle tea to help with my foot, and in case I had any mineral deficiency making it take longer to heal, and to help with the inflammation. I noticed a difference over the course of just a couple of days! I also notice I feel a general sense of well being after drinking this which I have never had happen with a tea before.Talking to my homeopath again yesterday, he reaffirmed that stinging nettle is one of the most helpful, nutrient rich foods on this planet. It can help in many ways, so I'll be continuing to take it.As for the taste, I am not a tea person so I can't really compare it to many things. I think it tastes nice though, and I feel great from it. Everyone should be drinking this stuff.

Not to my personal taste.
This Good Nature Organic Rose Hips & Hibiscus Tea was a little too medicinal tasting, which to my surprise tasted vaguely of mint or the mint family to me. Taste is highly subjective, so you might not experience the same.

Now a staple
Lonely to have a bag instead of having to find, process and store on my own. Works well. Straps the same as if I did my own but that's the plant. I can't offer aroma as I can't trust my olfactory. No caffeine, nice color. Full strength.
