Does exactly what it says
Great moisturizer for dry skin, I'm using it in the morning as well since it's winter and it has really helped my legs where specifically the skin looked crack despite moisturizing. I do not have Eczema so I cannot account for same.

Let me tell you about my skin. My skin is dramatic. It overreacts. It sees a change in weather and decides to flake off like a Victorian house undergoing renovation. It gets itchy. Not just "oh that's a bit tickly" itchy. I'm talking "sit in a meeting scratching your arm like you've got a personal vendetta against it" itchy. I bought the Cetraben Moisturising Cream because I ran out of options and was starting to look like a reptile who forgot to moisturise. I did not expect peace. I got a ceasefire. The First Application: The tub arrives. It's substantial. It feels medical. It means business. I scoop some out, and it's thick. Not greasy-thick, but proper "I am here to fix you" thick. I rub it in, and immediately my skin breathes a sigh of relief so loud I'm pretty sure my neighbours heard it. The itching stopped. Not gradually. Immediately. One moment I was mid-scratch like a dog with a persistent flea, the next I was sitting there with my hand in the air looking stupid because there was nothing left to scratch. It was magic. Witchcraft. Modern medicine at its finest. The Pros: · The Itch-Be-Gone: This cream has a personal vendetta against itchiness. It hunts it down and eliminates it with extreme prejudice. My skin hasn't been this calm since it was attached to a baby who had no worries or responsibilities. · Texture Triumph: It absorbs quickly. You know that horrible feeling when you put on lotion and then can't touch anything for twenty minutes because you've left greasy fingerprints everywhere? Not this. It goes in, does its job, and leaves you with soft skin and zero regrets. · No Scent Snobbery: There's no strong perfume. It doesn't smell like a florist exploded on your arm. It just smells like... relief. Clean, simple, honest relief. My sensitive skin appreciates not being bullied by artificial fragrances. · Multi-Purpose MVP: Hands, arms, legs, elbows, that one random dry patch on your shoulder that appeared from nowhere. It works everywhere. I've started putting it on before bed and waking up with skin that feels like it's been on a spa retreat. The Cons: · The Tub Situation: It comes in a tub. A big, white, clinical tub. It doesn't look fancy on the bathroom shelf. It looks like something a doctor would hand you with a stern expression and a leaflet. But honestly? I don't need fancy. I need results. · The Cold Weather Challenge: If you keep it in a cold bathroom, the cream can get a bit firm. You have to warm it up in your hands like you're preparing bread dough. It's a minor inconvenience for skin salvation, but worth noting if you're impatient. · Family Members Will Steal It: I made the mistake of leaving this in a shared bathroom. Now three other people are using it. I've had to write my name on the tub. In permanent marker. With a threatening note about consequences. Verdict: If your skin is prone to tantrums, if you've ever Googled "why am I so itchy" at 2 AM, if you're tired of looking down and seeing dry patches that resemble a map of a small island nation, buy this cream. It's not glamorous. It's not fancy. It's just effective. Relentlessly, gloriously effective. My skin has stopped writing complaint letters. We're at peace now. We have a treaty. And Cetraben is the neutral party keeping everyone happy. Highly recommend. I'm moisturised, I'm calm, and I've stopped scratching long enough to write this review. Five stars. Now if you'll excuse me, I need to go put a lock on the bathroom cupboard.

So far, the best cream I found that calms my eyelid dermatitis at a very affordable cost.

I didn't like the way this cream dried down since it left a sort of matte finish. I also didn't like the tackiness of it and how it was difficult to spread onto my skin. It kind of gave me a white cast as well, which is unfortunate given that it had good ingredients and is vegan and cruelty-free.

Does wonders for my excess prone skin, soothes itching quite quickly. Great value in the pump sized bottle. Light scent, not greasy, lasts ages as a little goes a really long way.
