product as expected, shipping complicated
The ballpoint pens have been my favourite for years and they met my expectations. The shipping however was quite frustrating. I ordered 15 packs of three, only got 15 single pens, however. The contact then was friendly and professional and I was promised the missing 30 pens. When the second shipping arrived, however, there were 15 pens in the parcel again. After having gotten in contact with customer service once more, the last 15 pens arrived some weeks after the original purchase. The process was quite frustrating all in all.

The pen did not write properly. Maybe dry from manufacturer ,not the Seller.
