Mostly cardboard, small bit of plastic. Best environmentally friendly one I’ve found so far.

Does it leave stains on your clothes?

I haven’t noticed any staining but I rarely wear light colors. Routine deodorant is amazing. If you wear a lot of light clothing I probably wouldn’t buy the scents that have charcoal in them.
