I already re-grouted 1 shower before seeing this product at a builder show. I needed another blade and told the rep what I was doing and they asked the condition of the grout. Long story short, they suggested this blade. This accessory made it very easy to refresh the grout in an entire entranceway as well as a small bathroom in approximately 1 hr. It is way easier than re-grouting the entire room. Only works if grout is in good condition (which mine was). I am ordering more now to do the rest of my tile floors.Also shout out to Fein. My tool was out of warranty. They told me to send in and max cost to repair would be $120. So I was counting on $120 plus freight. They called and the cost to repair was $40. Nice to see a quality company that is willing to repair their product at a reasonable price.

Tried to use this to clean the tile grout in my shower. It wore down very quickly even though the grout was NOT sanded. After cleaning just a couple of tiles I had to resharpen it, and after about ten tiles almost half of it had worn away. If you don't keep a reasonably sharp edge on the tool it doesn't clean effectively. Therefore, you are constantly honing it, which adds to the ware. I tried to take as little off during the honing process as possible. I've had my Fein for many years and love the tool. It can do things that no other tool can do, including removing tile grout. However, cleaning tile grout is not one of those things.

Admittedly it removes less grout than a regular cutting blade, but it removes enough material to force you to re-grout a unless you don't care to have different floor levels at the tiles and gaps. Good idea, just not the best implementation. Perhaps a softer material would do the trick, but this one (which is not hard really) does remove some grout.

This reminds me of an old "ink" eraser. - I used this on sanded grout by hand - and the grout eroded the cleaner. Im not sure what king of grout this is intended for. A wire brush (by hand) does an infinitely better job on sanded grout. Im looking at attaching a portion of a wire brush to this plastic carrier and see how that works...have not mounted this on the multi-tool yet.

Rubbish, doesn’t fit into a grout line.Very soft and wears away very quickly.I won’t be purchasing anymore of these

Not adequately explained that this does not fit starlock versions. would have returned if realised sooner.

Ich habe auf Youtube ein Produktvideo gesehen, dass mich zum Kauf verleitet hat. Das Ergebnis ist enttäuschend. Die weißen Fugen werden werden eher noch schmutziger (grauer), zudem "springt" der Aufsatz auf der Fuge, da der Aufsatz eine kreisförmige, pendelnde Bewegung auf einer waagerechten Fläche verrichtet. Evtl. bin ich auch schlicht zu blöd dafür.Ein Tipp von einem Vorrezensienten hat mir weiter geholfen: Eine Nylon-Scheibenbürste für die Bohrmaschine. Wesentlich effektiver und billiger.
