I love the beautiful colors in this case. I use them on my art work. Nice and smooth.

I bought them for my granddaughter but they are almost like professional oil pastels. My other daughter uses professional oil pastels & she was shocked that these were so nice for the price. They blend super well. I will buy again if these wear out!

Kids? Cheaper than the adult version, just as useful!

It was a gift. They had a hard time staying in the lines tips were too wide.

Love the colors

I was looking for something that would show up on dark paper. "Oil pastel" sounded like paint. I asked a question about it and someone said it could work on dark paper.First, these are really just crayons. They might be a bit higher quality than your typical store crayon, but I don't see much difference. They do make my hands messy.The are visible on dark paper, but they are very dim and don't look vibrant. I can't take a picture of my drawing, because the iphone automatically lightens the drawing and makes it look the way I wish it would look, even tho it doesn't in person.They are quite bright on white paper, more so than regular crayons

Box was broken pastels broken. Horrible mess when we tried to use for school project.. disappointed

It is very smooth and have a Matt finish when you use this to color pictures or drawings on paper. My child likes this also to write on paper as well.
