I've had this for about a year now and I can say that I'm more than satisfied with how it's performed. The capacity is fantastic, I can fit a week or twos worth of shopping in to it. It's definitely durable since there are plenty of times where I've had to be pretty rough with the zips to get it to close on account of how much stuff I've managed to fit in, and on those occasions I've been lugging around ~11kg (24lbs) of groceries around. It hasn't shown any signs of degradation in spite of the punishment. The different compartments are great for organization. In particular I'm fond of the smaller compartments on the back where I can keep my phone and my wallet if I'm on my bike and lacking for pockets, but if you were out and about I imagine you could also use it for something like a few bags of trail mix. The lower compartment could easily accommodate a lightweight waterproof jacket, spare pairs of socks, gloves etc. I haven't had any issues with the zips, in fact as I'd previously mentioned they've been able to put up with a decent amount of punishment. As long as you're not excessively rough with them I imagine they'll last a lifetime. The straps are comfortable and I haven't had any problems with them chafing or cutting in to my shoulders even when it's loaded heavy. The mounting point for patches is a nice bonus, I like being able to represent my respective communities while I'm walking or cycling around the countryside. I also want to add that the way it's constructed makes packing it very easy as the two primary compartments unzip so that it can be laid flat and packed like a suitcase. Durable, comfortable, great capacity, works perfectly for my needs.
